Sri Lankan Twenty 20 captain Lasith Malinga and Test skipper Angelo Mathews have signed for Pakistan’s upcoming cricket league, media reported on Friday.
Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced that the first edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) will be played in Doha next year.
Sources say that Sri Lankan cricket starts have already signed their contracts.
Meanwhile, PCB has decided to appoint Wasim Akmran and Ramiz Raja as ambassadors for the cricket league. The former skippers will be given the task to play their role for successful launch of the PSL in Doha, Qatar.
